HR Generalist(m/w/x)

In this role, you will play a vital part in the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring HR processes are accurate and compliant. You will also support recruitment efforts and serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree or related education in Business Administration or Human Resources
• •1-3 years’ experience in HR administration or comparable support role
• •Solid understanding of HR processes, employment legislation, and confidentiality standards
• •Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• •Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
• •Clear, professional communication style and strong interpersonal skills
• •Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle sensitive information responsibly
• •Fluency in German and English
