Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree or related education in Business Administration or Human Resources
- •1-3 years’ experience in HR administration or comparable support role
- •Solid understanding of HR processes, employment legislation, and confidentiality standards
- •Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- •Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
- •Clear, professional communication style and strong interpersonal skills
- •Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle sensitive information responsibly
- •Fluency in German and English
