Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience
•Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment
•Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence at all levels
•Strong communication and presentation skills
•Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
•Experience with Agile organizations or leadership is meritorious
•Ability to tackle difficult conversations and support others
•Grounded in integrity, consistency, and accountability
•Skills in developing others and creating supportive environments
