- •University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Law, or similar education
- •7+ years of strategic HR Business Partnering experience
- •Proven success in business partnering, talent management, organizational design, and transformation
- •Strong business acumen and understanding of key business drivers
- •Expertise in change management and organizational development
- •Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- •Business fluency in English and German
- •Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
