Anforderungen

  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology
  • Solid HR Generalist experience or transferable experience in another function
  • Experience in the FMCG sector
  • Practice in a Consultancy environment
  • Experience with stakeholders in Project Management
  • Business-savvy mindset with strong analytical thinking and adaptability
  • Passion for continuous improvement and driving change initiatives
  • Customer-focused with commitment to excellent candidate experience
  • Ability to build strong, credible relationships within HR and across functions
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deliver on time and within budget
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Living within a commutable distance to Düsseldorf
  • Willingness to travel to international sites

Deine Aufgaben

  • Provide comprehensive HR generalist support to Group Directors and their leadership teams
  • Advise line managers on employee relations topics, including absence, performance, and contract changes
  • Lead People & Culture projects with clear objectives and aligned resources
  • Oversee Talent Management throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Develop learning and development plans based on business needs
  • Support Compensation & Benefits decisions to ensure market competitiveness
  • Strengthen leadership capability through feedback and coaching
  • Drive employee engagement activities and support action planning
  • Deliver HR updates at team meetings, leadership meetings, and town halls
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including hiring strategy and salary negotiations
  • Ensure accurate and timely issuance of employment contracts
  • Plan and implement training programs to enhance organizational capability
