Anforderungen
- •University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology
- •Solid HR Generalist experience or transferable experience in another function
- •Experience in the FMCG sector
- •Practice in a Consultancy environment
- •Experience with stakeholders in Project Management
- •Business-savvy mindset with strong analytical thinking and adaptability
- •Passion for continuous improvement and driving change initiatives
- •Customer-focused with commitment to excellent candidate experience
- •Ability to build strong, credible relationships within HR and across functions
- •Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deliver on time and within budget
- •Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- •Living within a commutable distance to Düsseldorf
- •Willingness to travel to international sites

Deine Aufgaben
- •Provide comprehensive HR generalist support to Group Directors and their leadership teams
- •Advise line managers on employee relations topics, including absence, performance, and contract changes
- •Lead People & Culture projects with clear objectives and aligned resources
- •Oversee Talent Management throughout the employee lifecycle
- •Develop learning and development plans based on business needs
- •Support Compensation & Benefits decisions to ensure market competitiveness
- •Strengthen leadership capability through feedback and coaching
- •Drive employee engagement activities and support action planning
- •Deliver HR updates at team meetings, leadership meetings, and town halls
- •Manage the full recruitment process, including hiring strategy and salary negotiations
- •Ensure accurate and timely issuance of employment contracts
- •Plan and implement training programs to enhance organizational capability
