- •Excellent understanding of clinical development strategies and medical affairs
- •Broad knowledge of medical terminology and clinical development process
- •Demonstrated success in shaping evidence strategies for drug development
- •Fluency in written and spoken English
- •Experience in global or affiliate medical management, access, or strategic planning
- •International experience or experience operating across geographies and cultures

- •Set the vision for the evolution and implementation of Roche's planning frameworks
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver the One Pharma Strategy
- •Act as a strategic partner for teams working on evidence generation
- •Align IEP frameworks and tools to enhance integrated evidence planning
- •Embed the Integrated Evidence Planning concept into the wider planning ecosystem
- •Provide strategic expertise as a primary contact for other departments
