Anforderungen
- •Advanced degree in relevant scientific field (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent)
- •7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
- •3–5 years in evidence generation, RWD, or NIS leadership roles
- •Experience contributing to or leading integrated evidence plans (IEPs)
- •Global or multi-country experience in medical affairs, clinical development, health outcomes, or RWE
- •Deep understanding of real-world evidence methodologies
- •Knowledge of data privacy, governance, and regulatory frameworks for RWD generation
- •Working knowledge of health authority and HTA evidence expectations
- •Proficiency with medical evidence planning and insight-generation tools

- •Serve as a medical and methodological expert for real-world data and data reuse
- •Lead the design of decision-driven evidence solutions aligned with strategic priorities
- •Recommend optimal solutions for Integrated Evidence Plans, including data asset reuse and scientific projects
- •Ensure solutions provide early visibility and support value differentiation
- •Identify and drive opportunities for data reuse across studies and geographies
- •Promote transparency of internal data assets and tools for future reuse
- •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on evidence needs and feasibility
- •Co-create local and multi-country evidence solutions with affiliates
- •Share expertise and promote standardized frameworks and tools
- •Create and sustain a community of local Evidence Generation Leaders
- •Focus on capability building, data landscaping, and real-world data initiatives
- •Develop and manage non-interventional studies and data reuse projects
