Medical Director(m/w/x)

In this role, you will lead the medical organization in Switzerland, translating global strategies into actionable plans while fostering partnerships and driving scientific advancements. Your focus will be on building a high-performing team and ensuring compliance, all while addressing unmet patient needs.

Anforderungen

• •Qualified Doctor or similar degree
• •Extensive experience in Medical Affairs function within the pharmaceutical industry
• •Strong knowledge and expertise in core therapy areas (CVRM and Respiratory & Immunology)
• •Extensive experience in relationship and stakeholder management
• •Experience in pre-launch, launch and product life cycle management
• •Experience in building, engaging and driving performance through a team
• •In-depth knowledge in specialty and primary care market and patient journeys
• •Demonstrated ability to lead and develop capability across cross-functional teams
• •In-depth understanding of account planning
• •Strong leadership capability with excellent communication skills and an enterprise mindset
• •Strategic thinking and execution
• •Fluency in English and knowledge of at least one local language
• •Knowledge of Swiss healthcare environment including regulatory and pricing/reimbursement processes
• •Good knowledge of one or ideally multiple local languages
