- •Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA is a plus
- •Native-level German and fluent English; French and/or Italian an advantage
- •Minimum 8 years’ pharmaceutical marketing experience at affiliate level
- •Strong knowledge of the Swiss market
- •Proven track record leading portfolio and brand strategy
- •Advanced capability in insights and analytics
- •Hands-on experience with MLR processes and sales enablement tools
- •Strong financial acumen and budget ownership

- •Manage the marketing budget and set performance KPIs
- •Monitor results and reallocate resources based on performance
- •Build partnerships with Sales, Medical, Market Access, and Regulatory teams
- •Enable strong field force execution and KOL engagement
