Anforderungen

•MD, PharmaD or PhD degree in health/life sciences
•Business fluent in German and English
•Knowledge of French is an important asset
•Good knowledge of drug development, GCP and local regulations
•Excellence in collaborating across boundaries
•Strong networking mindset
•Excellent analytical and planning skills
•Strong scientific communication and presentation skills
•Digital and technology savvy
•Readiness to work in a field force team
•Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic area
•Several years of experience in Pharma
•Experience in project management and planning of events

Deine Aufgaben

•Engage with Medical Experts to provide medical and scientific information
•Identify and map Medical Experts and Key Accounts for strategic engagement
•Develop and execute engagement plans for Medical Experts aligned with country strategy
•Respond to unsolicited information requests from Medical Experts
•Collect impactful insights from Medical Experts to inform medical strategy
•Collaborate with clinical, commercial, and regulatory teams for effective information delivery
•Plan and implement field medical tactics and engagement plans aligned with brand strategy
•Support clinical research programs and optimize trial execution at study sites
•Facilitate the Investigator Initiated Trial process upon request
•Serve as a medical resource for field matrix colleagues
