Mechanical Technician(m/w/x)

In this role, you will be actively involved in troubleshooting mechanical issues and coordinating maintenance efforts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with engineers, assembling components, and managing logistics to ensure smooth operations in experimental areas.

Anforderungen

• •Higher technical diploma or equivalent relevant experience in Mechanical or Electromechanical engineering or a related field
• •Mechanical maintenance, installation, logistics, and supervision of technical systems
• •Experience with high-precision mechanical devices and instrumentation
• •Coordination of technical interventions with safety compliance
• •Assembly, testing, and optimisation of mechanical systems
• •Documentation of technical interventions and maintenance activities
• •Use of Microsoft Office®, GANTT (Microsoft Project®), and CATIA® 3D CAD software as an asset
• •Design and analysis of mechanical structures
• •Construction, testing, and installation of electromechanical equipment and systems
• •Knowledge and application of manufacturing methods and work preparation
• •Organisation, planning, and control including coordination of technical work
• •Knowledge of design codes and compliance verification of mechanical equipment
• •Building and maintaining constructive and effective work relationships
• •Taking initiative beyond regular tasks
• •Willingness to work on different projects simultaneously
• •Producing workable and timely solutions
• •Ensuring appropriate documentation of information, procedures, and decisions
• •Spoken and written English or French, with commitment to learn the other language
• •Valid driving licence
