Anforderungen
- •5+ years experience in marketing or relevant role in rare oncology or closely related rare disease pharmaceutical industry
- •Launch experience required, previous sales experience beneficial
- •Deep knowledge of the local healthcare system
- •Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and research findings
- •Sound project management skills with ability to manage complex requirements
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- •Strong sense of urgency and proven ability to organize and prioritize
- •Demonstrable drive for high performance and results
- •BSc or higher in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Health Economics, or related areas
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies
- •Enhance treatment visibility and adoption in collaboration with global and local teams
- •Adapt and translate messaging for localized omnichannel campaigns
- •Support launch readiness activities and shape country-specific marketing strategies
- •Drive awareness campaigns targeting healthcare provider referral networks and patients
- •Conduct market research to identify local market requirements and trends
- •Collaborate cross-functionally to provide product knowledge and marketing materials
- •Conduct training sessions for effective product positioning to external stakeholders
- •Steer local patient support activities for education and treatment support
- •Manage the marketing and patient support program budget for assigned products
- •Plan and implement local presence at congresses and stakeholder events
- •Ensure compliance of marketing activities with local regulations and industry standards
