Anforderungen

  • Advanced scientific degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior medical field experience within relevant country(s)
  • Minimum of 7 years MSL experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Line manager experience
  • Prior MSL experience
  • Rare disease experience, particularly in Oncology and/or Neurosciences
  • Demonstrated mastery of effectively presenting clinical/scientific information
  • Knowledge of regulatory, commercial and clinical issues affecting industry
  • Knowledge and experience of methodology of clinical research and Good Clinical Practice

Deine Aufgaben

  • Manage and develop the Rare Tumors Medical team
  • Lead the development and execution of country medical plans
  • Engage scientifically with KOLs, PAOs, and other stakeholders
  • Serve as a member of the RT Country Leadership Team
  • Act as a local Medical Affairs TA expert
  • Co-lead local TA, launch, and brand strategies
  • Oversee Medical Affairs activities in assigned territory
  • Manage a team of Medical Scientific Liaisons
  • Collaborate with the Patient Advocacy Director on PAO strategy
  • Assign, track, and monitor KPIs and metrics for Medical Affairs
  • Consolidate and communicate market insights and unmet needs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop health economic data
  • Create and review medical materials and training content
  • Collaborate with Global/Regional Medical Affairs partners
  • Ensure scientific and clinical accuracy for products
  • Maintain up-to-date GxP knowledge through training
  • Conduct internal scientific training for teams and new employees
  • Develop KOL scientific interaction plans
  • Enhance external perceptions of the company and its products
  • Map treatment landscape for new indications in the Therapeutic Area
  • Establish strong relationships with KOLs across disciplines
  • Serve as a scientific expert for the medical community
  • Communicate expert feedback on clinical trends to Medical Affairs
  • Liaise with investigators for research initiatives
  • Plan and track the TA-specific medical budget
  • Lead and support medical studies and local clinical projects
  • Coordinate the local publication process and dissemination
  • Support communications for ISS between investigators and stakeholders
  • Assist in selecting clinical study sites with ClinDev and ClinOps
  • Present local studies at internal review committee meetings
  • Share medical information with stakeholders
