Anforderungen
- •3–5 years of experience in product management in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry or comparable business
- •Experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative
- •Experience in managing marketing agencies
- •Experience in digital / omni-channel marketing / AI in marketing
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- •Ability to structure and prioritize workload, demonstrate project management skills and high attention to detail
- •Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of result driven effectiveness as a cross-functional team player
- •Ability to motivate team members with a positive and constructive approach to business challenges
- •Strong IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office program suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- •Degree in life sciences or economics
- •Desired experience in Orphan drug business, specialty care or Hematology/Al-Amyloidosis
- •MBA qualifications desired

Deine Aufgaben
- •Develop a deep understanding of the market and disease landscape
- •Drive strategic and tactical plan development in alignment with National and Global strategy
- •Plan and ensure readiness for marketing tactics and deliverables in collaboration with the Global team
- •Identify and communicate local market insights regarding opportunities and challenges
- •Present local marketing interests and needs to Global Marketing
- •Develop and implement marketing initiatives and materials for communication
- •Enhance and drive an innovative omni-channel approach to support key strategies
- •Lead congress planning and execution for specific indications
- •Drive and support market research projects for specific indications
- •Act as an efficient Project Manager for the product team
- •Ensure projects are completed within allocated marketing budgets and timelines
- •Lead briefings with external marketing agencies to deliver high-quality materials
- •Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance
- •Cultivate strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- •Foster cross-functional collaboration and practice sharing across all indications
