- •Lead strategic and tactical marketing initiatives for systemic mastocytosis in Germany
- •Oversee the annual cross-functional local brand plan development
- •Execute market development and promotional tactics for AYVAKYT growth
- •Manage relationships with partner agencies, budgets, and timelines
- •Collaborate with the international brand team to align on strategy
- •Contribute to international strategic brand plans for AYVAKYT
- •Establish key performance indicators for strategy execution
- •Lead the German Marketing Team and local product team
- •Support primary market research design and delivery
- •Oversee national congresses through the German congress taskforce
- •Develop and implement the national Omnichannel strategy
- •Monitor KPI tracking and recommend future digital investment strategies
- •Lead product communication strategy in collaboration with communications teams
