Deine Aufgaben

  • Provide support, training, and guidance to the ISR and Operations team in Southern Europe
  • Ensure maximum efficiency in the sales office by evenly distributing workload
  • Continuously improve and streamline office practices
  • Set and review daily, weekly, and monthly objectives for the team
  • Drive first-class customer service by managing all sales support functions
  • Align team efforts with strategies defined by the Regional Manager, Inside Sales & Operations - EMEA
  • Maintain and update the ISR and Operations training manual
  • Support the collection of monthly finance reports within deadlines
  • Conduct performance reviews for all team members, addressing concerns and training needs
  • Provide necessary reports to the Regional Manager, Inside Sales & Operations - EMEA
  • Ensure adherence to training updates from Global Corporate Headquarters
  • Manage On Time Delivery (OTD) performance for licensed manufacturing purchase orders
  • Make local pricing decisions to maximize regional revenue
  • Oversee backlog management for the Southern Europe region
  • Drive a trackable business development process to enhance customer engagement
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quarterly sales promotions for the ISR and Operations team
  • Handle office management tasks, including vendor correspondence and supply procurement
