Anforderungen
- •Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
- •5+ years of experience in commercial and technical order processing, sales support, or project administration
- •5+ years of proven expertise with SAP (PS, SD, MM, FI, CO) and understanding of technical/commercial order workflows
- •Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- •Fluency in English, German, and French (Spanish or other proficient languages are good to have)
- •High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- •Strong problem-solving and risk escalation capabilities
- •Effective multitasking and ability to manage pressure in a global project environment
- •Culturally sensitive and experienced in working with international stakeholders
- •Ability to work independently while collaborating within a matrixed organization

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the Order-to-Cash process in SAP for technical project-based orders
- •Translate contract specifications into SAP projects for accurate cost and revenue flow
- •Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, Controlling, Finance, Logistics, and Service during project execution
- •Place internal and external orders and align regularly with suppliers
- •Participate in cost and margin tracking sessions to ensure precise project figures
- •Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers
- •Upskill interfaces and subsidiaries as part of the competence center
- •Oversee timely project closures after SATs and handover to service
