•Solid experience in product operations, merchandising, or planning
•Experience leading business transformation initiatives
•Strong communication and presentation skills
•Success in obtaining buy-in for business process changes
•Knowledge of product supply chains and processes
•Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus
•Computer literate in PC/MAC: MS Office, strong Excel & PPT skills
•Experience with PLM systems e.g.: Enovia, Flex
•Understanding of product creation technologies e.g.: Adobe CS & Browzwear

•Own and maintain the Seasonal GTM Calendar for Smartwool & icebreaker
•Develop standardized frameworks for special project planning
•Manage the Brand Master Plan file with Global Product Creation and Marketing teams
•Conduct regular touchpoints with Brand Leadership teams for business strategy updates
•Lead projects to improve business systems and operational processes
•Oversee training for new users and troubleshoot system issues
•Lead the GTM process and schedule key milestone meetings
•Track execution of seasonal deliverables across multiple GTM calendars
•Evaluate GTM timelines based on market and strategic needs
•Build and maintain GTM timeline management tools
•Identify process bottlenecks and adjust timelines as needed
•Support Global Product Leadership Teams by coordinating consumer insights
