Anforderungen
- •Solid experience in product operations, merchandising, or planning
- •Experience leading business transformation initiatives
- •Strong communication and presentation skills
- •Success in obtaining buy-in for business process changes
- •Knowledge of product supply chains and processes
- •Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus
- •Computer literate in PC/MAC: MS Office, strong Excel & PPT skills
- •Experience with PLM systems: Enovia, Flex
- •Understanding of product creation technologies: Adobe CS & Browzwear is a plus

- •Own and maintain the Seasonal GTM Calendar for Smartwool & icebreaker
- •Develop standardized frameworks for project planning and execution
- •Manage the Brand Master Plan file with Global Product Creation and Marketing teams
- •Conduct regular touch points with Brand Leadership teams for business strategy updates
- •Lead projects to improve business systems and operational processes
- •Oversee training for new users and troubleshoot system issues
- •Lead the GTM process and schedule key milestone meetings
- •Track execution of seasonal deliverables across multiple GTM calendars
- •Evaluate GTM timelines based on market and strategic needs
- •Build and maintain GTM timeline management tools for efficiency
- •Identify process bottlenecks and adjust timelines as needed
- •Support Global Product Leadership Teams by coordinating consumer insights feedback
