- •Own and maintain the Seasonal GTM Calendar for Smartwool & icebreaker
- •Develop standardized frameworks for special project planning and execution
- •Manage the Brand Master Plan file with Global Product Creation & Marketing teams
- •Conduct regular touch points with Brand Leadership teams for business strategy updates
- •Lead projects to improve business systems and operational processes
- •Oversee training for new users and troubleshoot system issues
- •Lead the GTM process and schedule key milestone meetings
- •Track execution of seasonal deliverables across multiple GTM calendars
- •Continuously evaluate GTM timelines based on market needs
- •Build and maintain GTM timeline management tools for efficiency
- •Proactively identify process bottlenecks and adjust timelines as needed
- •Support Global Product Leadership Teams by coordinating consumer insights feedback
