Anforderungen

•Degree in logistics, warehouse/logistics supervisor qualification, or comparable experience
•Solid understanding of warehouse processes and e-commerce experience
•Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
•Ability to work under pressure in incident-driven environments
•Leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and collaborative mindset
•Willingness to work in a shift-based system
•Fluency in English (spoken and written)
•Knowledge of Polish and/or German

•Analyze and prioritize incidents for timely resolution
•Monitor daily warehouse operations for compliance with SLAs and KPIs
•Coordinate communication during large-scale incidents affecting operations
•Lead the Control Room team, including onboarding and shift planning
•Provide continuous feedback to team members
•Optimize processes to enhance quality and efficiency
•Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders
•Ensure health and safety compliance and adherence to guidelines
•Handle administrative tasks like holiday requests and documentation
