•B.Law or M.Law from a Swiss or European University
•Fluency in English; German is a plus
•Good knowledge of contract law and corporate law
•Working experience in in-house legal or procurement department
•Knowledge of supply chain specific requirements

Deine Aufgaben

•Familiarize yourself with the contract landscape and Framework Agreement provisions
•Act as a connector between Direct Procurement and Legal
•Collaborate with internal functions like Quality & Regulations
•Validate and refine legal requirements with the Direct Procurement Contracting team
•Support the review and drafting of Supplier Framework Agreements
•Participate in supplier negotiations with Roche Sourcing Managers
•Provide legal assistance to Legal Counsels and support Legal Specialists
•Review, draft, and negotiate various legal documents
•Conduct legal research and manage legal documentation and databases
•Develop and present legal and compliance training on various topics
