Deine Aufgaben
- •Familiarize yourself with the contract landscape and Framework Agreement provisions
- •Act as a connector between Direct Procurement and Legal
- •Collaborate with internal functions like Quality & Regulations
- •Validate and refine legal requirements with the Direct Procurement Contracting team
- •Support the review and drafting of Supplier Framework Agreements
- •Participate in supplier negotiations with Roche Sourcing Managers
- •Provide legal assistance to Legal Counsels and support Legal Specialists
- •Review, draft, and negotiate various legal documents
- •Conduct legal research and manage legal documentation and databases
- •Develop and present legal and compliance training on various topics
