Senior Legal Counsel(m/w/x)

In this role, you will navigate complex legal landscapes in the crypto financial services sector, providing guidance on compliance and risk mitigation while supporting product development and international expansion efforts.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree in law from a Swiss University
• •Admission to the bar, postgraduate studies (LL.M) or doctorate is desirable
• •Several years of experience as a legal counsel in a FINMA supervised company, a law firm, a crypto startup - and/or a big four company
• •Solid and profound experience in Swiss financial market regulations and private and corporate law
• •Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a dynamic environment
• •Entrepreneurial, adaptive, critical and outside the box thinking
• •Proactive in facing challenges of distributed-ledger and blockchain technology
• •Ability to set priorities in a changing business environment
• •Fluency in German and English, any other language is a plus
