Anforderungen
- •University degree from an accredited university
- •Recognized legal qualification
- •At least 5 years of experience as in-house lawyer in an international company or law firm as transactional lawyer
- •Experience in corporate law and drafting general commercial contracts
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- •Proficiency in written and verbal English; proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish preferred
- •Commercial awareness and practical problem-solving approach
- •Team player spirit with flexibility and sensitivity to cultural diversity
- •Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills
- •Ability to prioritize and manage heavy workload under tight time constraints

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support European business units in drafting commercial contracts
- •Negotiate sales agreements, leases, and service provider contracts
- •Assist the Global Marketing Team with new campaigns and promotions
- •Collaborate on transactional work, including financing and mergers
- •Conduct due diligence and coordinate with outside counsel
- •Work with Treasury, Tax, Controllership, Audit, and Compliance teams
- •Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements
- •Provide guidance on EU regulatory matters regarding labeling and advertising
- •Manage the Corporate Secretary’s office for Europe and the Middle East
- •Oversee required corporate actions for group companies in the region
