Legal Counsel(m/w/x)

In this role, you will navigate the complexities of corporate governance while providing essential legal support to sales, marketing, and operations across Europe and the Middle East. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting contracts, guiding regulatory compliance, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations.

Anforderungen

• •University degree from an accredited university
• •Recognized legal qualification
• •At least 5 years of experience as in-house lawyer in an international company or law firm as transactional lawyer
• •Experience in corporate law and drafting general commercial contracts
• •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• •Proficiency in written and verbal English; proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish preferred
• •Commercial awareness and practical problem-solving approach
• •Team player spirit with flexibility and sensitivity to cultural diversity
• •Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills
• •Ability to prioritize and manage heavy workload under tight time constraints
