Deine Aufgaben
- •Provide practical employment law support to the People Team and business stakeholders in Germany
- •Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation
- •Create and standardize employment documents, including severance agreements
- •Develop and maintain contract templates and clause libraries
- •Support employment-related processes such as terminations and investigations
- •Act as the first point of contact for routine employment law questions
- •Collaborate with People Ops and Compliance to ensure compliant documentation
- •Work with senior employment counsel on complex legal matters
- •Contribute to the efficient use of digital HR and contract management systems
