- •Solid knowledge of commercial and IT law, ideally complemented by experience in data protection and corporate law
- •Strong understanding of business contexts and technological developments
- •Previous professional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, ideally in tech or startup environment
- •Independent, structured work style
- •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- •Valid working permit in Germany

- •Review and draft contract terms and agreements
- •Provide legal support for product development
- •Coordinate with external lawyers and law firms
- •Act as a central contact for legal communications
- •Support financing, tax, or labor law topics as needed
