Anforderungen
- •Fully qualified lawyer or LLM in Germany
- •At least 1-3 years post-qualification experience
- •Good level of experience and proficiency in practice areas
- •Ability to work well and efficiently under pressure
- •Ability to manage a high workload
- •Robust and thorough approach to drafting and reviewing documentation
- •Strong ability to work effectively in multi-cultural teams
- •Good understanding of economic background and regulatory aspects of banking and finance
- •Fluent in business English, basic German skills

Deine Aufgaben
- •Provide German law advice to the Corporate and Investment Banking division
- •Draft and review lending and finance documentation
- •Advise on international trade finance arrangements
- •Draft and negotiate a variety of contracts
- •Analyze and advise on German/EU regulatory matters
- •Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations
- •Liaise with outside counsel and other CIB lawyers
- •Stay updated on legislative changes affecting the Bank
- •Assist in developing and implementing policies
- •Provide training on recent legal developments
- •Support the wider CIB legal team on German law matters
