Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- •Experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or process engineering
- •Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methods
- •Understanding of CAPA, NC processes, APQP, and audit methodologies
- •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-interpretation skills
- •Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively
- •High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
- •Ability to follow established procedures and comply with safety and security requirements

- •Perform capability studies on critical processes
- •Support quality improvement and CAPA activities
- •Monitor processes and analyze operational data
- •Conduct first article inspections
- •Maintain visual aids for inspections
- •Prepare defect analysis reports
- •Support MRB activities
- •Assist with internal and external audits
- •Perform line and product audits
- •Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- •Support Quality Engineering in APQP
- •Follow safety, health, and security procedures
