Anforderungen
- •Completed studies in business informatics, economics, or comparable training with relevant professional experience
- •Experience in managing service providers for complex IT services, including escalation management
- •Extensive knowledge of project and process management tools and methods
- •Professional experience in IT service management or comparable function with IT outsourcing contracts
- •Experience in managing projects related to key performance indicators and processes
- •Strategic, structured way of working, negotiating skills, and high degree of assertiveness
- •IT affinity with strong consulting, problem-solving skills, and analytical understanding
- •Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

- •Provide operational quality support for IT services
- •Develop and conduct performance dialogues with IT service providers
