Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field
•Proven experience as an Integration Engineer, ITCOMs Engineer, or similar role
•Strong background in system integration, IT communications, and infrastructure management
•Experience leading technical teams and managing projects across multiple sites
•Knowledge of agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and SAFe
•Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
•Strong organizational skills and self-motivated work ethic
•Ability to motivate and inspire team members
•Flexible and adaptable to changing project demands
•Strong communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement
•Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
•Familiarity with defense industry standards and practices

•Design and implement integration solutions
•Develop and maintain IT communication systems

•Automate integration workflows using Shell Scripting and Bash Programming
•Deploy and manage integration environments with Docker
•Orchestrate containerized environments using Kubernetes
•Collaborate with IVV teams for integration testing support
•Oversee system-level integration for cohesive functionality
•Align integration solutions with project goals through stakeholder collaboration

•Manage resource allocation and load balancing with Kubernetes
