Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field
•Proven experience as a Software Architect or similar role in software development
•Strong background in designing and implementing complex software systems
•Knowledge of agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and SAFe
•Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
•Strong organizational skills and self-motivated work ethic
•Ability to motivate and inspire team members
•Flexible and adaptable to changing project demands
•Strong communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement
•Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
•Familiarity with defense industry standards and practices
•Defence or Automotive background knowledge
•Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather software requirements
•Document software requirements in Confluence
•Model software requirements using Cameo Modelling
•Design high-level software architectures
•Define components, modules, and interfaces
•Select appropriate technologies and frameworks
•Guide development teams in implementing architecture
•Document integration specifications in Confluence
•Optimize software systems for performance and reliability
•Simulate system behavior under load using Cameo Modelling
•Communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders
•Identify and log technical risks in Jira
•Refine requirements with Chief and Lead Engineers
•Document outcomes in Confluence
•Collaborate with VVT teams to ensure testable architecture
