System Requirements Engineer(m/w/x)

As a System Requirements Engineer, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle and validating them to meet business needs.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field
• •Proven experience as a System Engineer, Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role in systems or software development projects
• •Proven expertise in system breakdown, requirements engineering, and testing
• •Experience leading technical teams and managing projects across multiple sites
• •Knowledge of agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and SAFe
• •Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• •Strong organizational skills and self-motivated work ethic
• •Ability to motivate and inspire team members
• •Flexible and adaptable to changing project demands
• •Strong communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement
