Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field
- •Proven experience as a System Engineer, Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role in systems or software development projects
- •Proven expertise in system breakdown, requirements engineering, and testing
- •Experience leading technical teams and managing projects across multiple sites
- •Knowledge of agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and SAFe
- •Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- •Strong organizational skills and self-motivated work ethic
- •Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- •Flexible and adaptable to changing project demands
- •Strong communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement
- •Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- •Familiarity with defense industry standards and practices
