Anforderungen
- •Higher secondary education, high school diploma, or equivalent
- •Credit towards total working experience may be considered
- •Minimum 8 years of experience in ICT and/or information management support
- •Experience coordinating platform releases/patches
- •Strong understanding of Enterprise Content Server architecture
- •Hands-on experience with xECM SAP integration elements
- •Experience with Windows Server and proficiency with MS SQL Server
- •Experience with development using WebReports, AnswerModules, HTML, and JavaScript
- •Relevant professional certifications for managing OpenText Content Server and xECM
- •Experience with other document, workflow, and enterprise search platforms
- •Experience with using and integrating AI tools and agents
- •Good organizing skills and ability to prioritize work assignments
- •Strong customer relations skills with problem resolution support
- •Thorough understanding of relevant IT processes and practices
- •Knowledge of office productivity applications and computer systems
- •Fluency in written and spoken English
- •Fluency and/or working knowledge of another official UN language

Deine Aufgaben
- •Administer and maintain OpenText Content Server environments
- •Manage permissions and access controls for Content Management Systems
- •Perform platform configuration, upgrades, and patches
- •Tune system performance for optimal operation
- •Configure and customize Content Server modules and workflows
- •Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations
- •Support content backup and recovery procedures
- •Monitor system health and troubleshoot technical issues
- •Liaise with IT teams to maintain content management system integrity
- •Support integrations with SAP, M365, and other systems
- •Maintain connection configurations and business rules
- •Build and maintain light automations and small utilities
- •Create API calls for data exchange and provisioning
- •Collaborate with stakeholders on integration contracts and error handling
- •Maintain technical runbooks for system operations
- •Serve as the main technical support for ECM systems
- •Create and maintain system documentation and user guides
- •Conduct user training sessions on system functionality
- •Work with stakeholders to optimize system configuration
- •Identify opportunities for system enhancements
- •Evaluate and recommend new features or integrations
- •Perform other related duties as assigned
