Anforderungen
- •3–4 years of experience in training and awareness or learning and development
- •Mandatory expertise in ICT Governance, Risk and Compliance, Business Continuity Management, Data Protection, and Data Governance
- •Familiarity with critical banking regulations (e.g., DORA, GDPR, MaRisk) and relevant frameworks and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, OWASP)
- •Previous exposure to information security within the banking or financial services industry
- •Experience in organisational change management, communication, or events management
- •Proficiency in leveraging AI tools, multimedia techniques, and AI-based content creation tools (e.g., Gemini, Google Vids, Workday)
- •Strong creative skills with the ability to build clear storylines and excellent visual content
- •Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- •Basic understanding of programming
- •Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- •Strong report-writing and content creation skills
- •Fluency in English; German is a plus
- •Adaptability and openness to learning with a keen interest in IT trends
- •Passion for ICT, data environment, and simplifying complex ideas
- •Detail-oriented and meticulous in ensuring accuracy
- •Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- •Collaborative and able to work well with teams and stakeholders

- •Collaborate with CISO teams to align training with security risks and regulations
- •Design and deliver training and awareness programs
- •Run large-scale awareness campaigns, including budgeting and logistics planning
- •Develop the training roadmap, including course creation and updates
- •Conduct needs assessments for training and security guidance projects
- •Create engaging multimedia training materials using gamification
- •Lead training programs for senior leadership and developers on data protection
- •Promote a culture of data management and protection through events
- •Report on training outcomes and track participation and progress
- •Maintain training records to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
