Anforderungen
- •University degree in Law, Business Administration, or comparable field
- •Law degree or qualification as a lawyer
- •4-5+ years of hands-on experience in data protection or privacy topics
- •Exposure to banking and financial services sector
- •Solution-oriented, pragmatic, and execution-oriented mindset
- •Comfortable driving work forward with execution focus
- •Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- •Strong business acumen
- •Strong communication and presentation skills
- •High level of integrity
- •Fluent English language skills; German is a strong plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Draft and update data protection policies annually or as needed
- •Maintain and update personal data processing inventories
- •Safeguard data subjects' rights by checking notifications and reporting obligations
- •Train employees on data protection and privacy topics
- •Support selection and monitoring of contractors for data processing
- •Monitor data processing regularity and perform prior checks
- •Assist with data protection impact assessments for sensitive data
- •Advise on legal provisions and internal guidelines related to data protection
- •Draft annual activity reports and ad-hoc reports for management
- •Perform control activities to ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- •Investigate potential data breaches and report to authorities and affected parties
- •Assume Deputy DPO role if required by the bank
