Anforderungen

  • •Fully qualified lawyer (first German State Exam or qualified in England and Wales)
  • •At least two years of relevant in-house legal experience
  • •Strong interest in regulatory affairs, data protection, and AI topics
  • •Familiarity with AI Regulation and GDPR
  • •Knowledge of horizon scanning (desirable)
  • •Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
  • •Good time management skills and ability to prioritize
  • •Collaborative and proactive working style
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • •Advise on regulatory implications of evolving obligations
  • •Monitor and implement regulatory requirements for products
  • •Collaborate with GtM and Governmental Affairs teams
  • •Review vendor data processing agreements (DPAs)
  • •Support complex data use and sharing deals
  • •Develop internal memos and training materials on data protection
  • •Conduct legal impact assessments (LIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs)
  • •Assist in responding to data subject access requests (DSARs)
  • •Organize and maintain legal documents
  • •Oversee deadlines for multiple tasks
  • •Assist in audits as required
