- •5+ years of professional experience in ICT risk management, information security, or operational resilience
- •Expert knowledge of DORA, ISO/IEC 27001, and information-security best practices
- •Experience in establishing, managing, and improving an ISMS
- •Analytical, structured, and proactive working style
- •Problem-solving skills in information security
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- •Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset in dynamic environments
- •Fluency in German and English, written and spoken

- •Act as the Information Security Officer (ISO)
- •Oversee ICT and cyber risk management framework
- •Establish and improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
- •Ensure alignment with ISO/IEC 27001 and DORA
- •Monitor ICT and cyber risks across the institution
- •Review and challenge first-line assessments
- •Ensure transparent reporting to the Management Board and Risk Committee
- •Coordinate the Local Security Incident Response Team (LSIRT)
- •Act as the central contact for information security incidents
- •Ensure appropriate escalation and documentation of incidents
- •Maintain up-to-date internal ICT and security policies
- •Perform and review third-party and ICT-outsourcing risk assessments
- •Evaluate and monitor external providers for security compliance
- •Design and deliver awareness and training programs on information security
- •Stay informed about regulatory, technological, and threat developments
- •Prepare and deliver ICT risk and security reports for governance bodies
- •Contribute to audits, BaFin inspections, and Risk Committee meetings
- •Coordinate with the ISO of Hubject GmbH for aligned practices
