Anforderungen
- •University degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field
- •Many years of experience in healthcare consulting with leadership focus on European market
- •Previous experience with large-scale healthcare projects and consulting engagements in CEE
- •Familiarity with value-based care models and healthcare reform initiatives
- •In-depth understanding of European healthcare systems, regulations, and market dynamics
- •PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications
- •Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
- •Fluency in English and German (verbal & written)
- •Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead a team of healthcare consultants focused on optimizing laboratory diagnostic services
- •Develop and implement the strategy for laboratory diagnostics consulting in CEE
- •Identify market opportunities and emerging trends to drive business development
- •Evolve operational excellence consulting to deliver top-tier services
- •Create a strategic consulting portfolio tailored to the CEE market
- •Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
- •Collaborate with senior leadership to set long-term objectives for consulting solutions
- •Ensure successful execution of consulting engagements, including scoping and budgeting
- •Provide mentorship to the consulting team and promote a high-performance culture
- •Establish KPIs to track success and performance of the consulting practice
- •Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards
- •Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements
- •Contribute to industry publications and speak at conferences
- •Help laboratory leaders identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction
