- •Manage finance topics and analyze trends in Care Enablement
- •Create a storyline for actual and planning numbers
- •Prepare presentations for top management with clear messages and appropriate detail
- •Partner with CE senior management and finance community to provide financial support
- •Understand the business model and underlying data
- •Define priorities and align needs to foster financial understanding
- •Lead the development and evaluation of strategic financial objectives
- •Coordinate with other finance teams, including global COE FP&A and global business services
- •Ensure high-quality analytics to support management decision-making
- •Provide financial analyses based on internal requirements
- •Conduct scenario analysis and assess their impact on financial ratios
- •Support the development of a financial strategy using budget data and business opportunities
- •Assist the Investor Relations department by providing financial figures to investors
- •Support the development of long-term financial goals using a financial model
- •Define individual analyses tailored to the CE segment's needs
- •Evaluate and define priorities based on business strategy in collaboration with CE finance teams
- •Coordinate realization of projects with other teams like COE FP&A and COE Finance Excellence
- •Support cost management and efficiency efforts through analysis and reporting
- •Drive partnership with senior management to enhance financial performance
- •Collaborate with COE FP&A team on monthly close cycles focusing on technical setup
- •Manage and conduct ad hoc projects and business requests as needed
- •Monitor and guide the implementation of major strategic initiatives
- •Develop and improve financial processes with Corporate Controlling
- •Support harmonization and improvement of procedures and infrastructure
- •Actively participate in CE finance teams
- •Share expertise and support business interfaces on controlling-related topics
- •Ensure confidentiality and integrity of accessed information
