Anforderungen
- •Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare compliance
- •Experience in policy development and training delivery
- •Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including French Anti-Gift Law
- •Certification in healthcare compliance preferred
- •Fluency in French and English; additional European language is a plus
- •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- •High attention to detail and accuracy
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- •Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- •Strong ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information
- •Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or law would be a plus
- •Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, compliance frameworks, and country-specific regulations

- •Manage compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions
- •Draft and review sponsorship agreements
- •Draft and review grants agreements
- •Draft and review NDAs
- •Draft and review HCP consulting agreements
- •Draft and review hospitality conventions
- •Draft and review R&D agreements
- •Implement and manage Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes
- •Handle submission and follow-up for agreements and due diligence
- •Ensure compliance with transparency requirements and reporting obligations
- •Oversee social media and advertising compliance
- •Review event compliance regarding location and hospitality
- •Conduct risk assessments and internal audits
- •Finalize compliance projects
- •Maintain GDPR compliance and manage related tasks
- •Develop, update, and implement compliance policies and procedures
- •Provide training on compliance topics
- •Collaborate with Marketing & Communications and Sales for compliance reviews
- •Track KPIs and maintain compliance documentation
