Anforderungen
- •University degree or tertiary qualification in relevant areas such as taxation or law
- •Prior experience in an international private banking environment
- •Extensive knowledge in CRS, QI and FATCA
- •Comfortable with FATCA/CRS/QI reporting and entity classifications
- •Knowledgeable in CARF regulations
- •Broad experience in private wealth structures and tax compliance
- •Ability to work independently under pressure
- •Good communication skills, proactive, solution-oriented, and teamwork ability
- •Very good command of English, French and German is an advantage

Deine Aufgaben
- •Ensure compliance with CRS, QI, and FATCA regulations
- •Monitor and enhance the CRS/QI/FATCA life cycle
- •Support client onboarding and offboarding processes
- •Provide assistance with changes in client circumstances
- •Analyze tax compliance status of global client structures
- •Review and implement bank policies and procedures
- •Promote awareness and deliver training to foreign locations
- •Liaise with tax authorities for audit support
- •Monitor industry regulatory developments
- •Supervise CRS/QI/FATCA matters across business units and branches
