- •2+ years of experience in international logistics of clinical trials management
- •Educated to degree level
- •Specialization/certification in Supply Chain/Logistics field
- •Fluency in English
- •Ability to work independently

- •Understand and meet sponsors' needs for specific countries
- •Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, CRAs, and logistics partners
- •Act as a point of contact for study-specific information
- •Explain processes and discuss feasibility with sponsors and CROs
- •Maintain knowledge of regional import/export laws and regulations
- •Collect and analyze regional performance metrics
- •Proactively communicate with project management and logistics partners
- •Resolve shipment issues and anomalies for specific countries
- •Coordinate with project management on external import/export requests
