Anforderungen

  • •University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Engineering/Chemistry
  • •7+ years of experience in Supply Chain or relevant field
  • •3+ years of experience in people management or critical stakeholders' management
  • •Experience in S&OP process and cross-functional supply chain
  • •Experience in the Specialty Chemistry industry
  • •Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • •Strong internal and external customer focus
  • •Dynamic team player with a truly global mindset
  • •Ability to work in a matrix environment and influence diverse stakeholders
  • •Fluency in English; French knowledge beneficial
  • •ERP/MRP expertise; strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (SAP, BI, IBP)
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; advanced experience with Excel/Database management
  • •APICS Certification desired

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Oversee the S&OP process
  • •Coordinate with Procurement, S&T, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
  • •Support production and trial capacity prioritization
  • •Ensure readiness for crisis management and business continuity
  • •Establish contingency plans for operations and customer service
  • •Contribute to the Delivery Systems strategy
  • •Define and deploy key pillars for business growth and profitability improvement
  • •Drive portfolio and project reviews for the commercial pipeline
  • •Manage Supply Chain-related projects within Delivery Systems
  • •Lead product, process, and site transfers from Development to Industrialisation
  • •Oversee transfer programs across internal sites and external manufacturers
  • •Manage continuous improvement initiatives
  • •Enhance sampling processes and optimize the portfolio
  • •Lead efficiency programs with Supply Chain teams
  • •Focus on cost reduction, inventory optimization, and lead-time improvement
