Anforderungen
- •University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Engineering/Chemistry
- •7+ years of experience in Supply Chain or relevant field
- •3+ years of experience in people management or critical stakeholders' management
- •Experience in S&OP process and cross-functional supply chain
- •Experience in the Specialty Chemistry industry
- •Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- •Strong internal and external customer focus
- •Dynamic team player with a truly global mindset
- •Ability to work in a matrix environment and influence diverse stakeholders
- •Fluency in English; French knowledge beneficial
- •ERP/MRP expertise; strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (SAP, BI, IBP)
- •Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; advanced experience with Excel/Database management
- •APICS Certification desired

- •Oversee the S&OP process
- •Coordinate with Procurement, S&T, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
- •Support production and trial capacity prioritization
- •Ensure readiness for crisis management and business continuity
- •Establish contingency plans for operations and customer service
- •Contribute to the Delivery Systems strategy
- •Define and deploy key pillars for business growth and profitability improvement
- •Drive portfolio and project reviews for the commercial pipeline
- •Manage Supply Chain-related projects within Delivery Systems
- •Lead product, process, and site transfers from Development to Industrialisation
- •Oversee transfer programs across internal sites and external manufacturers
- •Manage continuous improvement initiatives
- •Enhance sampling processes and optimize the portfolio
- •Lead efficiency programs with Supply Chain teams
- •Focus on cost reduction, inventory optimization, and lead-time improvement
