Deine Aufgaben

  • •Contribute to site strategies and deployment plans.
  • •Identify and measure improvement opportunities.
  • •Develop action plans for improvement initiatives.
  • •Lead or support business improvement projects.
  • •Coach teams on Lean and Six Sigma tools.
  • •Guide implementation of assigned CI projects.
  • •Monitor resource plans and project team accountabilities.
  • •Manage change requests, deadlines, and milestones.
  • •Support CI Awareness workshops for all teams.
  • •Facilitate sharing of Good Practices through communication.
  • •Train and inspire teams in CI tools and methodologies.
  • •Coach teams in root cause analysis methodologies.
  • •Follow up on CI capability building governance.
  • •Deliver training and mentoring for CI methodologies.
  • •Conduct training on CI Basics and Visual Performance Management.
  • •Implement performance management reviews at various levels.
  • •Support local teams in preparing CIMA Assessments.
  • •Follow up on Problem Solving governance at team level.
  • •Assist process owners in developing CI work standards.
  • •Help teams comply with work standards and SOPs.
  • •Implement KPI and BI reports for processes.
  • •Perform data analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
