- •Engineering degree above average in mechanical and/or process engineering

- •Experience in setting standards and governance

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the technical team in commissioning, process engineering, and R&D
- •Establish clear roles, standards, and KPIs for delivery, safety, quality, and lifecycle performance
- •Develop commissioning plans and establish best practices for smooth handover from engineering to commissioning
- •Steer on-site commissioning, including documentation packages and readiness checklists
- •Implement targeted R&D initiatives aligned with the Product Management vision
- •Oversee make-vs-buy evaluations and manage qualification, testing, and scale-up activities
- •Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- •Manage technical risk through FMEA/HAZOP inputs and safety-critical system validations
- •Oversee all engineering activities, managing resources and priorities for basic engineering tasks
- •Approve key design reviews and resolve technical queries to improve engineering quality
- •Control budgets and maintain transparent reporting of milestones, risks, and decision points
- •Implement stage-gate reviews and go/no-go criteria for project governance
- •Lead the rollout of the Aveva engineering tool, managing budget and timeline responsibilities
