Anforderungen
- •Engineering degree above average in mechanical and/or process engineering
- •Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
- •Hands-on capability in calculations, interpreting P&IDs, reading/creating drawings, and validating BOMs
- •Proven experience in engineering, product management, or design engineering
- •Knowledge of welding & machining symbols and strength of materials
- •Thorough knowledge of National & International Standards and familiarity with Fits/Tolerances
- •Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and 3D (CREO) or similar
- •Ability to mentor and develop engineering talent
- •Technical background in recycling equipment and technologies
- •Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- •High social competence and resilience
- •Willingness to travel

- •Own technical integrity and innovation for plant engineering
- •Establish and communicate the product vision and strategy
- •Create and prioritize the product development backlog
- •Develop and implement standard engineering practices
- •Ensure engineering and supply chain support for project execution
- •Coordinate basic and detailed engineering tasks
- •Support business development in evaluating innovations and benchmarking competition
- •Drive innovations from concept to industrialized solution
- •Standardize processes to reduce project costs and customer Opex
- •Oversee design reviews and technical risk assessments
