Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in finance, controlling, accounting, or equivalent field
- •5+ years of experience in finance management role
- •Excellent knowledge of group controlling tools and methods, IFRS accounting principles, group consolidation, financial analytics, process modelling and KPI analysis
- •Mastery of finance, group reporting and investment controlling
- •Commercial mindset linking financial insights to business performance measures
- •Experience advising management and interacting in international matrix organizations
- •Willingness to travel regularly internationally
- •Fluency in English and German

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage the group and investment controlling team at headquarters
- •Oversee reporting processes, policies, and systems in collaboration with subsidiary finance teams
- •Ensure compliance with group standards and regulatory requirements for monthly and annual IFRS financial statements
- •Lead financial reporting and manage actuals, forecasting, and variance analysis at the group level
- •Enhance the integrated reporting system to create meaningful dashboards and improve business analytics using AI-based solutions
- •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, especially local finance teams, for accurate reporting, planning, and cash flow management
- •Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive team, providing ad-hoc financial analysis and decision papers
- •Coach, lead, and develop the team to foster professional growth
- •Lead or support cross-functional projects, including integration of new subsidiaries, M&A activities, and strategic investments
