Anforderungen
- •PhD or advanced degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences related fields
- •10+ years of experience in RWE generation, advanced analytics, AI, technology, digital transformation, or business solutions
- •Proven leadership in managing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration
- •Expertise in statistical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Python) and working with diverse PRWD sources
- •Good understanding of regulatory, payer and HTA bodies requirements and industry standards for PRWD and PRWE
- •Excellent strategic, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
- •Commitment to excellence through collaboration, adaptability, and attention to detail

- •Develop and execute a strategy for PRWD insights and evidence generation
- •Pilot best practices for generating actionable insights and evidence using advanced methodologies
- •Lead the design and scaling of AI-driven solutions for PRWI/E
- •Create and operationalize innovative tools for evidence generation
- •Ensure compliance and quality standards in solution development
- •Drive cross-functional processes and training for PRWD solutions
- •Enhance organizational capabilities and decision-making through training
- •Collaborate with PRWE, CMS, IT, R&D, and healthcare teams for integrated solutions
- •Improve data interoperability across diverse real-world data sources
- •Recruit and manage a high-performing team of experts
- •Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team
- •Build partnerships with academic institutions and health data networks
- •Represent the organization at industry conferences and workshops
