- •Develop and implement mid- to long-term strategies for innovation

- •Conduct strategic business planning and lifecycle management
- •Own pricing strategy for the product portfolio
- •Evaluate and approve pricing decisions based on expert guidance
- •Interact with R&D, Strategy, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams
- •Combine strategic thinking with strong operational execution
