Associate Director, Digital Health Innovations - Endpoint Lead(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• •PhD in quantitative natural science or medical initiative with focus on large-scale data analysis
• •Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or related industry
• •Proven track record in designing and validating digital endpoints or biomarkers for clinical applications
• •Experience working with data generated from digital health technologies, like wearables and mobile platforms
• •Familiarity with algorithm development and deployment in clinical or real-world settings
• •Strong expertise in digital biomarker/endpoint development, including psychometric and statistical validation and regulatory aspects
• •Solid understanding of algorithm development, signal processing, and AI/ML methods as applied to digital health data
• •Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate matrixed organizations effectively
• •Strong communication and scientific writing skills, enabling translation of complex technical content for diverse audiences
