Anforderungen
- •Minimum seven years of experience in product management or as Product Owner
- •Minimum three years of experience in people managing a product team
- •University degree in a STEM field
- •Experience in a B2B SaaS startup environment
- •Proven track record of proactively driving a product from early traction to repeatable growth
- •Experience shipping AI-assisted products or data-intensive platforms
- •Strong understanding of software and AI productization
- •Experience working with customers directly to align product decisions with go-to-market and sales strategies
- •Hands-on leadership - equally strategic and willing to get into details
- •Exposure to regulated industries or RegTech / LegalTech platforms
- •Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1)

Deine Aufgaben
- •Own the product vision and roadmap
- •Translate regulatory and legal complexity into scalable product concepts
- •Collaborate with C-Level executives, AI and software engineers, regulatory experts, and product owners
- •Lead discovery and validation with enterprise customers
- •Shape pricing, packaging, and positioning of new software features
- •Drive collaboration with business and customer success teams for customer-centric delivery
- •Build and mentor a high-performing product team
- •Maintain delivery excellence by writing and reviewing PRDs
- •Define success metrics and manage releases to ensure measurable outcomes
